From November 7 to 9, 2025, in the intimate atmosphere of Bioskop Balkan, the third edition of the „Šare i šavovi“ festival took place. This unforgettable event, dedicated to minimalist music and its extensions toward space, body, and perception, brought premier performances, workshops, and pieces that invited us to active presence – listening as dwelling in time.
Friday, November 7
Workshop „Rzewski & Rice“ led by Nataša Penezić. The ensemble with over 30 participants performed „Les Moutons de Panurge“ by Frederik Rzewski and „Ricefall“ by Michael Pisaro – an introduction to minimalism as a structure that sews and unfolds.
Saturday, November 8
Festival highlight: Katalin Ladik with the performance and installation „Fonopoetika“, destabilizing the boundaries of language, body, and sound. Conversation with the artist led by Silvia Dražić, revealing her poetic depths.
Sunday, November 9

- Miroslav Miša Savić: „Yug Yugoistok“
- Stanko Simić: „Butterfly Dream“
